I was a bit disappointed to see that additional By-law enforcement was scheduled for the first year of the rollout, especially since the other measures should reduce the need for By-law enforcement! Disappointing to see that they prioritized enforcement over prevention -- apparently the reason for this is that they were already paying for this officer through some funding and this makes it permanent.
